Inside, the Airstream has a bright, open layout with a dedicated sleeping area, comfortable lounge, built-in dinette, full bathroom with indoor shower, and a well-equipped galley kitchen. The kitchen includes a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, sink, prep space, and the essentials for easy meals during your stay. Rooftop air conditioning keeps the space comfortable after a day on the lake.
Outside, your private covered patio gives you another place to relax, with seating, outdoor dining space, and a fire pit. It is an easy spot for morning coffee, dinner outside, or unwinding in the evening.
Guests also enjoy complimentary use of fishing gear, floats, kayaks, and paddleboards, along with access to the property’s large boat dock on Rock Creek. Bring your own boat or jet ski - slips are available, with parking for cars, trucks, and boat trailers.
Shared amenities include the lakeside gazebo with gas grill and a hot tub on the outdoor deck overlooking Smith Lake. Swim from the dock, spend the afternoon paddling or fishing, then come back for a soak with a view.
1MoTow is located on Rock Creek at Lewis Smith Lake near Crane Hill, Alabama. Smith Lake is known for its deep, clear water, rocky shoreline, boating, fishing, and beautiful natural setting near Bankhead National Forest and the Sipsey Wilderness.

Originally built as a charming bed and breakfast in 1992, the property has evolved over the years to offer a unique glamping experience. After serving as a family vacation getaway and later being acquired by Jim and Alex in 2005, the site was reimagined to combine their global travel experiences with the natural beauty of Smith Lake. Jim and Alex, who spent 15 years traveling and staying in various B&Bs and unique lodgings around the world, sought the perfect location for their own lakeside retreat. After an extensive search, they chose Smith Lake for its pristine waters, stunning rock shoreline, and inviting atmosphere. They’ve enhanced the property with stylish Airstreams, a private boat dock, and a range of outdoor amenities to make your stay unforgettable. At “1MoTow,” you’ll enjoy the peacefulness of glamping with modern comforts, all while soaking in the lake’s natural beauty.
